We generally prefer this at a light roast level. Even for espresso. This roast level really shines with the Guatemalan and Ethiopian, let the notes compliment each other.

The heart of White-Out is Guatemalan coffee from the Huehuetenango highlands, where farms tucked into steep river valleys produce some of Central America's most distinguished beans. At 90% of the blend, it sets the tone — a rich, velvety body with warm notes of caramel, toasted almond, and a subtle sweetness that lingers.
The final 10% is our Ethiopian Banko Taratu single origin, adding just enough brightness to lift the cup without changing its character. It's a quiet spark — a flicker of citrus and floral complexity that rounds out the finish and keeps things from ever feeling heavy.
