what's in the box

ETHIOPIA SINGLE-ORIGIN

Origin: Banko Taratu, Gedeb District, Yirgacheffe
Flavor Notes: Citrus, berry, floral sweetness
Roast Level: Light Roast

Grown in the highlands of Ethiopia’s Gedeb district, this coffee comes from the village of Banko Taratu, part of the renowned Yirgacheffe region where some of the world’s most expressive coffees originate.

Farms sit at remarkable elevations where cool mountain air slows the ripening of coffee cherries, encouraging clarity and layered aromatics in the cup. Smallholder farmers cultivate coffee on modest plots surrounding their homes, harvesting cherries by hand during the peak season.

The coffee is processed at the local washing station using a traditional washed method, where fermentation and careful drying help highlight the bright fruit and floral qualities that define Ethiopian coffees.

KENYA SINGLE-ORIGIN

Origin: Kenyan Highlands
Flavor Notes: Bright fruit, structured acidity, cocoa finish
Roast Level: Light Roast

This coffee comes from Kenya’s highland growing regions, where volcanic soils, high elevation, and consistent rainfall create ideal conditions for producing some of the world’s most vibrant coffees.

Smallholder farmers cultivate coffee trees on small plots, carefully harvesting ripe cherries during the main season. After picking, the cherries are delivered to local washing stations where they are depulped, fermented, and washed before drying slowly on raised beds.

These meticulous steps help preserve the lively fruit character and structured acidity that Kenyan coffees are known for, producing a cup that is bright, expressive, and balanced with a subtle cocoa depth.

FLOW-STATE BLEND

Origin: Brazil & Ethiopia
Flavor Notes: Bittersweet chocolate, toasted marshmallow
Roast Level: Medium Roast

Flow-State is designed as a balanced, versatile blend that performs beautifully across multiple brewing styles. Coffees from Brazil provide body and chocolate depth, while Ethiopian components contribute gentle sweetness and aromatic lift.

The blend is roasted to a medium profile, developing richness and structure while maintaining clarity in the cup. The result is a smooth, approachable coffee with notes of bittersweet chocolate and toasted marshmallow, offering enough depth for espresso while remaining balanced and dependable for drip and pour-over brewing.

White-Out Blend

Origin: Guatemala & Ethiopia
Flavor Notes: Chocolate, praline, raspberry, ganache
Roast Level: Light Roast

This blend brings together coffees from Guatemala and Ethiopia to create a cup that balances structure with bright fruit character. Guatemalan coffees contribute body, sweetness, and a chocolate foundation, while Ethiopian components introduce subtle berry notes and lively aromatics. Roasted lightly to preserve the natural clarity of each origin, the blend develops layered sweetness and a smooth finish that works equally well as espresso or brewed coffee. The result is a cup that moves from soft fruit notes into deeper chocolate richness, highlighting the strengths of both origins while remaining balanced and approachable.
